With over 40 years of experience in canning technology, World Packaging has expanded our capabilities in high-speed beverage production to meet the needs of the craft market.
The CP-24 uses 24 individual filling heads and a SIX-head seamer, and is rated for continuous operation at speeds up to 240 (12oz) cans per minute. This system is optimized for sleek and standard can bodies, and is designed for quick-change adjustments and easy changeovers for various can heights and body diameters, with no valve change required.

Our patented valve offers the best counterpressure filling. Electronically actuated valves provide a constant and precise fill, easily adjustable for different can or bottle types. Filling with no-foam means no wasted product. Compared to open atmosphere systems that are more susceptible to high dissolved oxygen levels and product loss.
The CP-24 utilizes a star wheel mechanism to apply lids. Furthermore, the star wheel incorporates underlid CO2 to effectively eliminate dissolved oxygen pickup.
