  • All welded Stainless steel cylinder, Stainless steel guide rod & piston rods, Delrin bushings and pistons, and rubber U-cups.  These heavy-duty non-corrosive materials help Minimize wear to the cylinders while keeping the cylinder Lift constant and precise. This is a must when using PET containers.

  • Our Greaseless cam followers eliminate the high cost, high maintenance Steel rollers. The benefits of using this roller include: no required maintenance no required lubrication, less wear to the pull down cam, and the costs are about one-third the costs of the old steel rollers.

  • Our new Stainless steel adjustable guide rods adds the dimension of allowing each cylinder to be adjusted individually, This feature allows for Quick & Easy Height adjustments when a particular valve station incurs sealing and filling problems. This adjustment can be done in seconds compared to hours, allowing more filling time and less product loss.

  • We have found that by limiting the distance in which the cylinder lifts we can improve bottle handling, bottle transfers, and most of all provide exact precision lifts when entering the filler with less wear to the cylinder.  Our system is definitely a win/win offering in that while increasing the filling efficiencies, we also Extend the life of the cam and cylinders by limiting the amount of pressure exerted when entering and exiting the pull down cam

  • Our new Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) system, our system has been proven to increase reliability and efficiency while decreasing maintenance costs. Our VFD drive system is electrically driven from underneath the filler, therefore eliminating the need for the hydraulic drive, its attachments, and the possible contaminates involved with hydraulic oils and fluids.

  • Our infeed safety gate also assists with detecting bottle jams in the worm screw, by activating the Safety switch when a jam is detected. Our safety gate also features a manual bottle stop, to halt bottles entering the filler with out stopping the rotation of the filler. This feature enhances the life of the filler as well as increases overall efficiency.

  • We have replaced the existing pneumatic valve openers with a very precise and accurate device, which is overseen by a Programmable Logic Computer (a.k.a.-PLC). Our device has fewer moving parts and does not come in contact with the bottle (this is a must when running P.E.T. containers and Pre-labeled packages). Our system uses new state-of-the-art sensors to detect missing or down bottles in the infeed. The PLC in turn relays the message, in an instant, to the opener and disengages the opener to keep the valve closed, The Result. No Product Loss No CO2 loss, Plus the remaining bowl contents remain stable enabling the Filler to resume operation.

  • Once our Electro-Pneumatic valve opener is installed, the unit is virtually maintenance free. Bottle Detection Heights can be adjusted from the banner sensors on the infeed conveyor. The same timing collar can be used, (providing the same number of pockets on the star wheel match the Timing Collar Pins), Again contributing to lowering Change over time and costs associated with loss of CO2 and product.  

  • We have designed our new Valve Closer Tracks with the Maintenance crew in mind.  We manufactured the new tracks out of Stainless Steel with sloped tracks. This has been proven to work very well with the new style valve lever.  For increased efficiency we have designed the closer tracks to have the tension spring mounted on the outside of the levers. When the springs eventually wear, replacement takes only minutes.

  • As finishing touches we rebuild the liquid level control, and implement all new gauges, diaphragm vales, hoses and new stainless steel connectors. By doing so, we increase the over all efficiency of product distribution, and minimize the amount of corrosion associated from chemical sanitation and expelled product.
