Beer canning and bottling equipment
Counter-pressure can fillers and seamers for craft breweries, and high-speed filler support for larger brewers.
Packaging that protects the beer
Beer is sensitive to oxygen and carbonation loss, so the filler matters as much as the recipe. Counter-pressure filling keeps CO2 in solution and limits oxygen pickup, protecting flavor and shelf life.
For craft breweries moving from mobile or contract canning to their own line, the CP-12 brings high-speed filling principles to a compact footprint. For larger brewers, we support high-speed Meyer bottle and can fillers with parts, upgrades and rebuilds.
What matters on these lines
- Low dissolved oxygen pickup
- Consistent carbonation and fill height
- Reliable double seams on cans
- Quick changeovers between brands and can sizes
- Fast parts and service after startup
Questions
What size can filler does a craft brewery need?
Start from your case volume and packaging hours. A 50 can-per-minute filler packages about 125 cases of 24 per hour at rated speed; a 120 can-per-minute filler about 300. The CP-12 covers both with 6 or 12 filling heads.
Can one machine run cans and bottles?
The CP-12 runs cans as standard, with upgrade options for aluminum, glass and PET bottles and a capping and seaming bypass.
Do you supply the rest of the canning line?
Yes. We supply complete small-format lines including depalletizing, rinsing, filling and seaming, coding and accumulation.
